exercise rooms and true home offices.
Wired:
As the line up of techno gadgets and appliances we
can't live without expands, buyers consider a property
which is pre-wired for surround sound, flat screens,
cable/internet wireless ability, lots of electrical outlets
and phone jacks. If it has maximum connectivity it's
considered "hot."
Luxe and Luxury:
However it comes, glass tiles, classy lighting,
upgraded fixtures, wonderful kitchen and bathroom
countertops, multiple showerheads, ample linen
closets and dressing areas. High end finishes for
appliances - even though white appliances outsell any
other, fingerprint proof stainless is still popular as is
brushed aluminium, oiled bronze and metallics.
